Great kickstart
I feel the biggest benefit lies
in the fact that the amount of responsibility you could get if you are
willing to take the extra burden. Of course that doesn't sounds good at
this moment...the company still pays you the same if you do a 60 hour
week, no extra incentives, you might need to come to office during
weekends, have to serve tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks which
could have been someone else's job.
But do give it a thought that what if you get to do ALL of these WITHIN 6 months of your career? The company provides you with this ecosystem where you create and nurture your own way of working. Getting the job done is of paramount importance, because it's YOU who is responsible for it and people are waiting and counting on YOU.
