well people, its a good advice to all of you people that you do not join this company. you are feeling very proud that you have got a job and will be satisfied in life.well, forget all those things. because caritor knows how to extract the useful from you and then leave you in a pool of dilemma. i have worked there for 2.5 years i know how that company is. i know some of the top officials, who always demand for numbers and when their work is done, you are nobody. no appreciation. i was lucky that i got a good job n ran my butts from that dark period of my life. salary package is told to you...and i guess you must be happy with it, but when you get your first salary, you will have such crap deductions that you will be surprised. there are tax for karnataka, bangalore, to the municipality, deductions for the new keane. trust me do not join this company. and a great thing about this company is that, you will see a person for only 6-7 months.....and after that you may meet him in wipro, infosys or accenture or some other global company.
