Seafood Cook off Contest

I always eye on Sea foods and I create some extra space in my stomach whenever I go to a Sea Food restaurant. Though I do not Cook well, I am an excellent taste-Critic. My wife always asks me to taste whatever she cooks. She is a great cook unlike me. And I bet none can cook Sea dishes better than her. I asked her to participate in a Cookery Contest that is said to take place in a few days. I saw an advertisement in  greatamericanseafoodcookoff.com. And winning this Contest she can fly away to New Orleans. And this is the place she has wanted to visit since a long time. After browsing few recipes, I found a particular dish interesting and this one my wife hasn't tried before. Thanks to Mr. Jasper who has told the ways on how to cook Heartland Gumbo. This dish is entirely non-vegetarian and made out of Kansas Crawfish tail meat. My mouth has already started off to water and I believe it’s gonna taste excellent. I'm eagerly looking forward to taste this dish.

It may sound odd if I call my own wife as a great chef. I believe that her talent at cooking is going to be recognized by every one at the Competition. I have asked her to cook off the traditional Indian Fish Sambhar. This dish when mixed with rice will taste delicious. This Sambhar rice can be eaten along with Potato wafers. I am sure its a great time for Americans to taste this wonderful Indian dish.
