Its true that MCA can do their  last semester project in the Company. But it will be very good that you contact caritor people through your placement office. i too had got the chance of doing last semester  project at caritor but when they learnt that i have my 5th semester exams in between they didn't allotted me the project. if there are no 5th semester exams for u in between, they can take u for project. they also provide stipend during your last sem project period... so better go through your placement office of your college..
