Persimmon Trees

Ever heard of Persimmon trees? Infact, I heard it for the first time in my life when a friend of mine was giving some ideas on how to grow an orchard. The growing of these trees originated in Japan. Since then, it has been a favorite tree for orchard growers as one hundred pounds of fruits are produced during the fifth year of its cultivation. The fruits grown on these trees are sweet in taste and bright in color. There are over ten types of Persimmon trees namely Eureka, Fuyugaki, Giant Fuyu, Hachiya, Hanafuyu, Izu, Maru, Saijo, Tam-o-Pan and Tanenashi. Ty Ty is a nursery that specializes in heavy fruiting Hanafuyu Japanese Persimmons. Check out the website Tytyga.com to know more on how to cultivate these trees and more!
