Hey gags! Looks like the Obama's policy on outsourcing is working out well. One good news to we, Americans. Indian  software companies have started hiring many foreign Engineers for its development and research centers in the United States. This is an incredible news and we should definitely celebrate it. By the end of this year, it is expected that at few hundred thousand programming jobs ( includes development and testing ) will be created in the US.
