It is said that a man is easily judged by the shoes he wears. Whatsoever, it is up to oneself to dress neatly because it is a feel-good thing. Most of them do not care about the shoe combination they wear and what I tell out to people who don't follow it is to atleast have a pair of black and brown shoes because these colors go well will most of the formal wears.
